Terms of Service

By creating an account or using acid-sea.com you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Acid Sea is an online network that connects surf and watersports employers with candidates. We are not an employer, recruitment agency or party to any employment contract. Pay, conditions, visas, insurance and contracts are agreed directly between employer and candidate.

• You must give accurate information and keep your login secure.
• One account can be used as a candidate, an employer or both.
• Each business may hold only one account. Creating or managing multiple company accounts — for example to get extra free job publications — is not allowed, and duplicate accounts may be merged or suspended.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Using Acid Sea as a candidate is free. You must only upload documents and certificates that are genuinely yours. You choose whether employers can find you in Talent Search.

• You must represent a real business and have authority to hire for it.
• Job posts must describe real, currently available positions with honest pay and conditions.
• You may never charge candidates fees to apply, train or be hired.
• You may use candidate data only to evaluate applicants for your own vacancies — never to build lists, resell, market unrelated products or share with third parties.
• Comply with employment, immigration and anti-discrimination laws where the job is located.

• Employer Free: one job publication per 12-month period, free of charge.
• Founding Employer: full Pro access free for 12 months for companies that join before the founding deadline. No card is required and it does not renew automatically into a paid plan.
• Employer Pro: €99 per year, per company. Prices and any taxes are shown before you pay.

Plans apply to the company, not the individual user. We may change future prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes never affect a period already paid.

• Fake companies or fake job offers, phishing or collecting personal data under false pretences.
• Scraping, automated access or bulk downloading of profiles or jobs.
• Harassment, discrimination, illegal content or anything that infringes others' rights.
• Attempting to bypass plan limits, security or privacy controls.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put users at risk, particularly suspected fake employers. Where possible we will explain why.

We work hard to keep Acid Sea safe and available, but we cannot guarantee that every listing or profile is accurate or that the service is uninterrupted. We are not responsible for decisions, agreements or disputes between employers and candidates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
