1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies and browser local storage are small pieces of data saved on your device so a website can remember you between pages and visits.
2. What we use
- Essential — sign-in and security: keeps you logged in and protects your account. Required for the service to work.
- Preferences: remembers choices such as logo colour and whether you are using Acid Sea as a candidate or employer.
- Privacy-friendly statistics: anonymous, aggregated visit counts used to improve the site, without advertising profiles.
We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies.
3. Google sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies during that step under its own privacy policy.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage will prevent you from signing in.
